Letter to Abū l-Mahāṣin. The sender informs him that the money he sent for the capitation tax payment was finally deposited with Abū l-Maḥāsin Ibn al-Munajjim who issued a written note (ruqʿa) to that effect to the addressee's name. Also, some items he had sent by the Christian had reached them. Goitein read the location of the addressee as Barqa, however it appears to read برمة instead, which is likely Birma in Lower Egypt.
